  • Start by placing your thumbs under your chin, then move them along the length of your jaw to your ears.

For the lower half of the face, you can:

  • Tuck your thumbs under your chin and encircle your cheeks with your fingers.

  • Pull the skin upward with your fingertips.

  • To eliminate the marionette lines around your lips, make little circles.

  • Holding your lips between your fingers, gradually extend little segments of them.

  • Make tiny circles with your index fingers hooked in front of your ears.

  • Use the fingertips of both hands to flick your cheeks forward.

For the upper half of the face, it can be like this:

  • Pull the skin of the forehead upwards and outwards towards the hairline with your fingertips.

  • Swipe the index finger across the eyebrow and then move it to the bottom curve of the eye.

  • Draw an "8" shape (supposed to represent crow's feet) in the area surrounding the outside of the eyes.

When will you notice effects, or how frequently you need to do it? Nobody can be certain. Additionally, facial massage machines are used if using your hands feels too laborious. Remember that it might go either way (or neither way). It is, therefore, best to consult a dermatologist first.

Facial Exercise

Making strange, happy expressions or holding your breath are just two exercises that say they will raise your face.
